1. How to Order
• Choose the product that you are interested in.
• Email us with your purchase order Form to - cottonfarmthai@gmail.com
• We will issue you the Wholesale Price list form.
• Send the official PO to us

2. Minimum Order
• Minimum order will be applied and different in various item
for every category
• Accessories and Small Items : (min.) 100 pcs per design, assorted colors are acceptable 
• Handbags : (min.)  50 pcs per design, assorted colors are acceptable 
• Purse, Doll : (min.)  100 pcs per design, assorted colors are acceptable
• Fabric minimum order is 50 meters per color

3. Production Time(ready in our Go-down)
• Normally one standard 20ft container will takeproduction time around 6 to 8 weeks. this depends on category of merchandise
• Production time will depend on the quantity and the complexity of orders
• We will keep informing you with the progress of your order by email..

4. Payment Methods
• Payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account or through Western Union or Money Gram is acceptable.
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union or Money Gram.
• It is required deposit of 50% of total amount when we accept your order
We require 50% Deposit payment, from the total order amount at the time of order is placed,
• Another 50% shall be settled after the customer is informed readiness of merchandise shipment that will be released after the balance amount is completely received. 
And the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are ready to ship.
•  One time of full payment is required for all purchase order of which total amount is less than USD$ 2,000.
• Please send us your bank transfer receipt through e-mail or fax in order that we are able to acknowlwdge your transference
Please email or fax us your bank transfers receipt in order that we can monitor the status of your transfer.
• We will start to produce your merchandise as soonest as we
completely receive your deposit payment to our bank account
We will start to process your order once we have received your payment at our bank account.

5. Refund - Cancellation
• No order changing / cancellation
•After deposit is done, order changing or refundable is not accepted.
• Non refundable is also applied, if we notify to pay the balance amount of the order but payment is not completely done within 14 days after such notification
• In both cases, if customer does not acccept the goods or payment is not done, it is COTTON FARM 's rights to do anything to compensate occurred damages.

6 Documentation
•When cargo is ready, we will send you the copy of Bill of Lading - BL and other related documents by email.
If any document(Tax, Form, CO) is required, it must be informed in early stage of order receiving

7. Delivery - Shipping
• Availabilities are both of Sea freight and Air freight.In general, we prefer Courier service such as Fed Ex, UPS or DHL. All of those are depend on inco-term of purchasing price's       condition. Postal service is also aceppted.
• Duration is between 3 to 7 workiong days for air freight and between 4 to 8 weeks for sea freight which depends on destination.

8. Damaged merchandise
•All goods will be insured to assure customer confidence(depends on purchasing condition)
•COTTON FARM  will be responsible to damages occurred from workmanship and settlement will lean on negotiation and satisfaction of our valued customer.
